Your academic advisor is your guide to college success鈥攚hether you're registering for your first class, exploring majors, or planning your transfer. 奥别鈥檙别 here to help you understand your options, make confident decisions, and stay on track toward your goals. 

How Academic Advising Supports You

Advisors help you: 

  • Understand your program requirements and college policies
  • Choose courses that fit your goals and schedule
  • Explore majors and transfer options
  • Plan for career pathways and graduation
  • Connect to helpful campus resources 

Whether you're a new or current student, we'll support you in the process. 

Newly Admitted Students

If you're a new student, you鈥檒l begin your advising journey through the Orientation tab in myAdmissions.

From there, you鈥檒l: 

  1. Complete your enrollment steps 
  2. Schedule your first advising appointment after placement testing or exemption
  3. Build your first-semester schedule with a professional advisor 

Current Students

As a current student, your assigned advisor is listed on your Advisor Card in my杏吧原创.

You can: 

  • Contact your faculty advisor directly
  • Schedule an appointment online or by phone
  • Get personalized course and transfer guidance
  • Meet with a professional advisor at your 杏吧原创 location

Where to Find Us

Advisors are located in the Academic Center for Enrichment (ACE) on the first level of the Student Success Center.
