Tuition Payment Deadlines
Staying on top of payment deadlines helps you keep your schedule and avoid being dropped from classes. Tuition payment deadlines are based on your registration date.
- High School Programming students follow different payment agreements. Email hsp@bc3.edu for details.
- If you don鈥檛 pay tuition鈥攐r secure aid/payment plan鈥攂y the deadline, you will be dropped from your scheduled classes. You will NOT be dropped from your classes if your balance is $300 or less. However, we strongly recommend enrolling in a payment plan - you will lose your classes if your balance exceeds $300 (added a class / lost financial aid) on the tuition deadline date.
To make sure you stay registered for your classes, all prior terms mus be paid. Check the chart below to see when your tuition must be paid.

Ways to Pay Your Bill
Plan ahead to avoid late payments. Before classes begin, make sure your tuition and fees are covered. At 杏吧原创, you can pay your bill in full, secure financial aid, or set up a flexible payment plan through EZ Pay.
- Online: Log in to and select Make Payment on the Tuition, Fees & Payment card. Pay with a debit/credit card or checking account.
- In Person: Visit Student Financial Services at any 杏吧原创 location. Pay with a debit/credit card
or check.
