Book Allowance
Buy your textbooks early using your financial aid
If you're expecting a financial aid refund, the ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ Book Allowance Program helps you use it before ¾±³Ù’s disbursed — so you can get the textbooks you need, when you need them.
How It Works
- You can use your pending financial aid refund to purchase textbooks at the ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ Bookstore.
- Purchases made through the program are deducted from your upcoming refund.
- Available only in the fall and spring semesters (not available for summer or winter sessions).
Important Dates – Spring 2026
| Event | Date Range | Start |
|---|---|
| Book Allowance Period | Jan. 6-Feb. 6 |
| Refund Disbursements Begin | Week of Feb. 23 |
Who is Eligible?
- You must have a negative balance on your student account, indicating a pending refund.
- Eligible students will receive an email at their ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ student email address.
Participating in the book allowance program authorizes ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ to use your refund towards your book expenses.
